5530 #159, F+, tiny corner crease at lower left, canceled by an XF-superb strike of fancy circular geometric killer composed of a ring with 9 separate holes. Whitfield lists this as 4163 from Pine Meadow, CT. Impressive. $35
5434 #189 (possibly #163 on intermediate paper), F-VF, tiny faults, bearing an XF SOTN strike of numeral 4 in circle, a cancellation or rate mark of unknown origin. An interesting and eye-catching killer. $50
5196 #159, VF, light horizontal crease at bottom, bearing an XF SOTN strike of blue Chicago outline Maltese cross killer, Berg type M-1. Very attractive. $30
5038 #185 pair, fine, right stamp with tiny faults, canceled by XF complete strike of hand-carved numeral 10 in grid and wedges killer. A very unusual rate mark hand stamp killer of unknown origin and unlisted in references. Ex-Skinner.

4921 #186, VF, sound, bearing a VF-XF SOTN strike of NOV16, 10 AM postmark that appears to read ROXBURY (?) STATION, MASS. Small ink spot on reverse barely visible below first S of MASS. Eye catching cancellation. $30

4546 #149, fine, SE, canceled by an XF strike of negative 5 point star in slightly octagonal circle of St. Louis, MO. Weiss recorded this killer as unproven NYFM type ST-5P-U1. $50
4486 #152, F-VF+ bottom margin copy, bearing an XF SOTN of diamond killer with circular hollow middle (probably Whitfield 2041 from Boston, MA, reported on 1861-7 issues). Very eye catching killer on this stamp. Faults.  (HCS) $95
