PH-F 73, Skinner NYFM 66-5). Stamp clearly displays the cap, face,
moustache and sideburn of this fancy profile face killer.
Exceedingly rare on the 90¢ issue, no certificates for this
value noted on the on the Philatelic Foundation web site.
